About the Author
Kaylee Walsh is an American author. She received her undergraduate degree in English from Georgetown University in 2013, and went on to receive her Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution (MDR) and her Juris Doctorate concurrently from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2017. She was barred in the State of Texas in 2018, and practices federal law in Washington D.C., where she currently lives with her cat, Gandalf, & the Greyhounds (named Fred & George). She credits her love of writing to early childhood authors such as Tamora Pierce, Anne McCaffrey, Mercedes Lackey, and Roald Dahl. Her favorite book is The Secret Garden, she enjoys fantasy, and has wanted to be an author since she was in first grade. The Sinking of the Siren is her first book.
